Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ty\e, the engineering AI platform operated by GooveXCo Ltd. ("GooveXCo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ty\e provides an AI-powered chat, voice, vision, and CAD-generation interface for engineering tasks. The service is available at tylellm.com and via API on Pro and Max plans.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to use the service.

2A. Organization workspaces

You may create or join one or more workspaces (organizations). Each workspace has roles:

• Owner — billing responsibility, archive workspace, change any member's role, remove members. One owner per workspace.
• Admin — invite / revoke members, remove non-owner members, view audit log. Cannot manage billing.
• Member — read & collaborate on shared chats, send messages, manage their own chats. Cannot invite or change roles.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their invitees have authority to access the workspace's content. By inviting a person you confirm they're authorised to view chats marked "Share with team" in that workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Generate content that violates law, infringes IP, or harms others
• Build a competing AI service by scraping outputs
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Send unsolicited communications using the service
• Misrepresent the source of AI-generated content

4. Subscriptions & billing

4.1 Personal plans (Pro, Max)

Pro (฿390/mo) and Max (฿2,490/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe in Thai Baht and include VAT. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

4.2 Organization plan (per seat)

Organization plan is billed monthly via Stripe in Thai Baht at ฿720 per seat per month, with a minimum of 5 seats per workspace. The workspace owner is the billing party and is solely responsible for payment of all seats in the workspace. By upgrading a workspace to Organization, the owner authorises GooveXCo to charge their stored payment method monthly until cancellation.

• Seat changes — owners can adjust seat count anytime via the billing portal. Adding seats is prorated on the next invoice; removing seats applies at the next renewal.
• Removing members — does not automatically reduce seat count. Owners must lower seats manually if they want a lower bill.
• Cancellation — owner can cancel anytime via the Stripe portal popup. Workspace remains on Team until end of the paid period, then auto-downgrades to Free (5-seat cap).
• Archiving a workspace — does not cancel its subscription. Cancel the subscription first if you no longer want to be billed.
• Failed payments — Stripe retries per its standard schedule. After repeated failure the workspace downgrades to Free until billing is restored.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued for billing errors or per our discretion within 14 days of charge. Organization-plan refunds are issued to the workspace owner only.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to inputs you send and outputs you generate. We process inputs solely to provide the service. Conversations are not used to train our models unless you opt in via Settings → Privacy.

6. Disclaimers

ty\e is an AI assistant. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production engineering use without independent verification by a qualified engineer. Do not rely on ty\e alone for safety-critical work. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GooveXCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from Settings → Data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes resolved in Bangkok courts.
